About Cason Farr

I’ve spent 33 years helping people achieve their dreams in the competitive landscape of Northwest Metro Atlanta real estate, establishing a reputation for great communication with clients, uncompromising integrity and savvy negotiation skills. As a Georgia native and long-time Cobb County resident, I love the area and know it well. I’m a licensed broker, a recipient of the Cobb Board of REALTORS® Phoenix Award, multiple KW Top Ten Producer Awards, and the Coldwell Banker Presidents Club Award. In 2020, I was one of the original agent investors helping to establish Local Realty. Outside of Local Realty, I’m a proud graduate of the University of Georgia, an avid Bulldog fan, and a passionate travel photographer.
