About Craig McClelland

McClelland was a top NAR Member before starting a small independent firm in Atlanta after his first year in the business. He launched and grew the firm to 23 offices with 1,100 agents before selling the company at the end of 2007. McClelland joined Metro Brokers in April 2008 as the Director of Strategic Growth. After successfully rolling in roughly 30 companies in that role, He was named Chief Operating Officer in 2013 and Vice President in 2018. In July of 2022, McClelland took the challenge of moving from Metro and building a national brokerage for Bayview to support its MSR business model. He worked as the SVP over LKV Realty. He assisted multiple operations in the business, including the PE, FinTech, PropTech, and HVA teams, implementing and reviewing real estate opportunities, successfully launching brokerage in 38 states and 50 MSAs before handing off the operation to the team in September of 2024 and moving back to the industry. Today, he drives the vision and strategic direction of Rayse, focused on efficiencies in technology, operational wins, and a fact-driven business approach to bring this dynamic offering to market.
